Human resource carried out the planning aspects of the personnel function in order to have a sufficient supply of worker who are appropriately developed and motivated to carry out the duties and tasks necessary to meet SSRC objectives The study recommends that South Sudan Red Cross should ensure that Human Resource Planning is mainstreamed in the overall strategic goals and a budget provided for it.
