The results indicated that performance planning accounted for about 79.8% of the variation in service delivery. The results indicated that there was a strong positive relationship between performance evaluation and capacity development and that performance evaluation accounted for about 79.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction. The regression model indicated that a unit increase in performance evaluation would lead to improvement of capacity development by a factor of 1.914. This implies that improvement in capacity development will significantly contribute to improvement in capacity development.en_US
