Abstract: | This study aimed to explore the relationship between sleep quality and psychological well-being among boarding secondary school students in Uganda with a view of developing an ideal model for enhancing sleep quality and psychological well-being; thus, contributing to improvements in sleep policy design and schools’ academic practices. |
