Abstract: This study was about the effect of training and development on employee performance in microfinance institutions using Pride Microfinance Limited headquarters as a case study
Description: The study found an 88.9% significance level and positive relationship between Training and Development and employee performance at Pride Microfinance Limited. It was also found that there was compliance with Training and Development policies at Pride Microfinance Limited (r=0.872, P<0.005), and that some of the challenges faced in implementing Training and Development programs are resolved (r=-0.888, P<0.005).
