dc.description.abstract The study was about support administration and value education in Gulu City West Division, the study was guided three different specific objectives and they includes; to determine the level of supportive administration in primary schools in Gulu City, to examine the prevalence of value education in primary schools in Gulu City and to determine the relationship between support administration and value education in Gulu City. The study also used a descriptive correlation research design; descriptive research presented a picture of the specific detail of the situation, social setting, or relationship and used a sample of 190 respondents were used. The findings show that the field of support programs and initiatives ranked first with an arithmetic by the majority of the respondents this shows that support administration staff in most school regularly assesses and evaluates the effectiveness of support programs and initiatives and this can be possible with nature of school environment. This suggests that respondents generally perceive the assessment and evaluation practices as highly effective and with little variability in opinions. The findings generated by Cronbach's Alpha indicates that, the variance would be 17.145. The corrected item-total correlation is 0.643, indicating a strong positive relationship with the overall scale, and most of the teachers were aware of value education and it was imparted on learners through class room activities and role model stories and the study indicate that There is evidence to suggest a genuine relationship between "support administration" and "value education" based on the observed data. The study therefore recommended that, Support administrators should actively promote and integrate value education within the school's mission, vision, and policies. This includes aligning disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, and curriculum with core values such as respect, empathy, integrity, and responsibility. en_US
