dc.description The study indicated that there is a strong positive relationship between top management commitment and overall performance, which accounts for about 79.8% of the variation in overall performance. The results also indicated that there is a strong significant relationship between continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, accounting for about 87.9% of the variation in customer satisfaction. The findings further indicated that there is a significant relationship between employee involvement and market share, which explains about 88.9% of the variation in market share. en_US
