Questionnaires, interview guides and documentary checklist were data collection tools used with their corresponding data collection methods. The study findings indicated that a weak correlation with an R value of 0.068 and an R Square value of 0.005, indicating that only 0.5% of the variance in performance is explained by contractual relationship management, contract monitoring has a moderate positive impact on the performance of the South Sudan Roads Authority. The model summary shows a moderate correlation coefficient (R) of 0.371 and an R Square value of 0.138, indicating that 13.8% of the variance in performance can be attributed to contract monitoring and a moderate correlation coefficient (R) of 0.371 and an R Square value of 0.138, indicating that 13.8% of the variance in performance can be attributed to contract monitoring and a strong positive relationship between conflict management and the performance of the South Sudan Roads Authority. The regression model demonstrates that conflict management explains approximately 30.9% of the variance in performance outcomes The study concluded that contractual relationship management does not significantly influence the performance of road construction entities in South Sudan, contract monitoring plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of the South Sudan Roads Authority.
